Taylor Rental Party Plus

  1. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS. This policy describes how Taylor Rental Party Plus collects, uses, and protects your information in connection with our SMS/text messaging program.
  2. TYPES OF MESSAGES. When you place a rental order with Taylor Rental Party Plus, you may receive text messages related to your order, including:
    • Delivery window notifications (estimated arrival time for your rental items)
    • Delivery completion confirmations
    • Pickup scheduling notifications (so you can have items ready for retrieval)
    • Pickup completion confirmations
    • A brief post-event feedback request (e.g., a short satisfaction survey or review link)

    Messages are transactional and order-related only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

  3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY. Message frequency varies based on your order. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per rental order (delivery window, delivery confirmation, pickup reminder, pickup confirmation, and a post-event feedback request).
  4. HOW YOU OPT IN. By providing your mobile phone number when placing a rental order and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive the order-related messages described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may decline to provide a mobile number and we will communicate via other means.
  5. HOW TO OPT OUT. You can opt out of text messages at any time by:

  7. COSTS. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Taylor Rental Party Plus does not charge for text messages.
  8. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE. We collect your mobile phone number for the sole purpose of sending order-related text messages. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your mobile phone number or any information collected through our messaging program with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information may be shared with our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
  9. DATA PROTECTION. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
