Fill a clean sanitized Dole soft serve mixing bucket with cool tap water to the indicated one gallon line. Whisk in one bag of dole soft serve mix until completely dissolved. Add enough additional water to bring the mixture to indicated two gallon line. Pour immediately into soft serve machine.
